Along with discrete transistor packages, diodes were among the earliest semiconductors.
We have been manufacturing many diode seals for almost 40 years. Most requirements are for JEDEC outline DO- packages, but we have manufactured many custom packages as well. Plating requirements and applicable specifications are usually stipulated by our customers.
Applications include coaxial terminals, multi-pin connectors, relays, diode caps, SCR caps, automotive rectifier seals, pressure seals and thermostat sensors.
