Several of our customers purchase laser diode and other optoelectronic packages. In general those customers expect us to meet exacting standards for pin location, surface finish and final plating requirements. Having our own internal plating capability has allowed us to meet our customers’ high expectations.
Applications include laser diodes, sensors, light emitting diodes, numerical displays, infrared detectors and fiber optic packages.
