We have supplied the semiconductor and microelectronics industry for more than 40 years. Our earliest products were power hybrid packages; TO-3s and TO-66s. We began production of TO-250 series packages in 1989, and are currently one of the largest producers of glass-sealed TO-250s in the world. We have been manufacturing power hybrid packages with ceramic insulators since 1994.
Our power hybrid packages are used in a wide variety of applications.
